Yes, you can go to the Lanzhou Beef Noodles Halal Restaurant at the crossroad of North Street and Xiangyang Lane. There is no direct transport available. Take a train to Chongqing North from GZ Railway Station (abotu 22 to 24 hours). Upon arrival, take a bus to Lingshui from the bus station on the southern square of Chognqing North Railway Station. The buses are available from 07:50 to 20:20, and the fare is CNY 39 to 49. :)
