How to apply for Chinese visa from Jyvaskyla? Do I need to visit personally embassy in Helsinki?

I would like to apply for Chinese tourist L type. Do I need to travel in person to Helsinki or is there any travel agency which can arrange the application and passport pickup?

Jan, if you don't want to visit personally the embassy in Helsinki, you can entrust a travel agency for another person to submit the application for you, but you need to look for a reliable agency on your own as I don't know much about agencies.
