Can i get a VOA at Chengdu Airport? I have a 2.5 hours stopover here before flying to Shenzhen?

No, actually, you don't need to apply for the VOA. You can enjoy 24 hours visa free policy because your stopover is just 2.5 hours. Hope helpful!0
