if we wanna go to Sanya during 8-23 April 2017 will it be sunny to be able to beach and swim??

The temperature may range from 75 F to 90 F during that period of time. It will be ok for you to swim in afternoon. The water temperature would be a little bit cold in the evening. You are advised to prepare summer clothes, sunglasses and sunscreen cream.
