with turkish pass?

Hi, i have a turkish pass with a residence permit from germany. I am flying from Frankfurt -> over Chengdu -> to Thailand. Can I visit the city Chengdu instead of waiting there at airport 11 hours ? Thank you very much

Mert, if your total layover time in China is less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24h direct transit policy. You can apply for a temporary stay permit at Chengdu airprot to visit the city.
