About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is it possible to get a 72hr Transit Visa if traveling by ship?

I will be arriving at Xiamen on a cruise ship departing from Kobe, Japan and moving onto Singapore with just one day in port. Is it possible to receive a free Transit in this case?

Patricia, no, you cannot if you travel by ship because the 72 hour free transit is only applicable to those who make flight travels.
You need to apply for an entry permit in advance.
