About:Hong Kong Visa Application

We plan a trip cruising from Singapore and disembarking in HK before flying back to the US.

Do we need visa if we hold a Vietnam passport?

Snow, you need to apply for an try permit for HK and you should apply for it in advance.

I applied and was told that I would need a financial statement. Do you know the minimum requirement per person or family for multiple entries visa for a Vietnam passport holder? The plan is to visit for three days prior to the cruise and leave on the day of disembark. I also heard that it is difficult and almost impossible to obtain Hong Kong visa for Vietnamese passport holder, correct?
