About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have Hungarian, Serbian passports

I will be travelling to Shanghai and then to Taiwan, can I stay 72 or 144 hours without a visa ?
Could I also visit Chongqing ?

You can enjoy the 72 hour/144 hour free transit in Shanghai if you travel like Hungary/Serbia-Shanghai-Taiwan, but you cannot visit Chongqing when you enjoy free transit in Shanghai.
If you want to both Shanghai and Chongqing, you need to apply for a tourist L visa in advance.
