Do I need Hungarian or English visa?

I am Hungarian nationality, but I live and work in England for more than 5 years so I am an English resident. If I wish to apply for visa, do I need a Hungarian or English visa?

Yes, you will be required for a work permit or residence permit in the UK when applying for China visa there.
