About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Passport Query

Hi

I am an Irish citizen en route to New Zealand on 10th Dec returning 8th Jan 2017. I lave a 6hour layover on the way to NZ and a 4hour layover on my return. My question is the fact that my passport expires on 16th May 2017 (less than 6 months) Is this a problem for transiting through China?

Many thanks

Claire

Hi Claire, don't worry. Your passport is fine for transitting through China.
