About:Hong Kong Visa Application

I am from Nepal and I am attending a conference in HK.

Do I need to get an appointment in the Chinese embassy here in Nepal to apply for a visa? If not can I just show up at the Chinese Embassy with the required documents?

Looking forward to an answer ASAP.

Usually, you don’t need to make an appointment when applying for it, but if it’s the first time you apply for it, you need to mail your application to HK immigration department to apply for it. The postal address is as following:
Receipt and Despatch Sub-unit
HK Immigration Department
2/F, Immigration Tower
7 Gloucester Road
Wan Chai, HK
