About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

May I use the 72 hour visa free transit from Xiamen and go to Fuzhou

It is only 1.5 hours by train and is in Fujian Province.
Please let me me know

If you use the 72 hour free transit in Xiamen, you are not allowed to travel to Fuzhou. You can only travel around Xiamen city.
