Arriving in PVG and Departing from SHA

Will I be eligible for a transit visa if I am arriving in PVG but departing from SHA? or do I have to depart from the same airport I arrived from?

You don't have to depart from the same airport you arrived from. Even if you arrive in PVG and leave from SHA, you are eligible for the 144-hour free transit policy.
