About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cruise, 72h free transit

Hi
I think We will be fine under this policy - myself, mother and my daughter will be in Shanghai for about 55 hours after landing from a flight there before joining a cruise that leaves from the port in Shanghai - I am assuming the 72 hour visa waiver is fine in this circumstance?
Thanks for confirmation
