I'm only booked flights and hotel at Beijing and , can I get China and Hong Kong Visa? What type  do I need to get?

You can apply for tourist L type for mainland PRC and tourist entry permit got HK. And it’s possible for you to get two separate entry permits for mainland PRC and HK. But you also need to book accommodation for HK. As for Macau, you can probably get VOA after arriving there.
