About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
I have a 7 hour layover in Beijing, is that enough time to leave the airport and get back?

Usually, you should go to the airport 2 hours earlier before the plane takes off. So you just have 5 hours. If you go nearby places, it may be enough.
