shanghai - german passport

Question

Hi ... I am holding a German Passport who want's to go to Shanghai and Guangzhou. Can I get VOA in Shanghai? or the 144 hour transit visa?

Lutz, if you want to visit both cities, I'm afraid you can't use the 144-hour free transit. And it's almost impossible to get the VOA. You need to apply for an entry permit prior to your trip.
