About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Visa extension - L type

Dear Team, thank you for your help in advance,

I have Tourism L type with a duration of 90 days and one single entry. I am spending my internship at a hotel that is supposed to be with a duration of 6 months. Is it possible to have an extension of another 90 days going to Beijing/ Hong Kong (preferrably Beijing)? If not, can I apply for a new tourist entry permit for another 90 days?

Ventsislav, you can try to apply for an extension, but I’m not sure if it can be done in the end. You should apply for the extension at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB in Beijing.
If it cannot be done, you can apply for a new tourist L type, but I cannot assure that you can get stay duration of 90 days.
