I will be visiting in middle of january 2017 and will be staying in Luohu District. May I know the weather is it cold or warm in the city?

The temperature may range from 55 F to 60 F at that time. It won't be cold. The climate will be cool and comfortable. However, you are still need to prepare some warm clothes, like jackets, thin sweaters and jeans.
