About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Is there any service that helps non-english and non-chinese passengers at Guangzhou Airport?

My parents will have a 2 and a half hours of transit in CAN. They will start from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam to Vancouver, Canada. However, they are non-english and non-chinese speakers that will be a very difficult thing to finish all the procedures and find direction to the next flight. So, how can they get a useful help to get the flight on time?
