About:Visa Policy of China

Do I need a Visa? Can I take advantage of the 144 hour exemption?

I am arriving into Pudong Airport, staying in Shanghai for two nights then transferring to the port to join a cruise ship. There is a lot of conflicting information out there.

Coral, if the cruise ship will go to a third country or region rather than the last one you fly from after staying in Shanghai for two nights, you can take advantage of the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.
