About:China Visa

Indian Passport: 3-4 hours stopover on Beijing Airport, Do I need visa?

I am an Indian Passport holder and a Permanent Resident of Canada. I am traveling from Vancouver to Beijing onward journey to Mumbai. The stopover is 3-4 hours on Beijing Airport both ways (to-n-fro). Do I need entry permit on stay on airport for my required transit time? Kindly reply urgently.

Namita, you don’t need to apply for an entry permit for your short transit in Beijing because you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit for both legs of your trip.
