Japanese tourist visa for an Albanian citizen

Hi,
I'm an Albanian citizen.
I have a valid working permit as i'm living and working in Beijing from almost 4 years.
Can I know the document that I need to apply for a tourist visa in Japan please? How many days it takes? How much it cost?
My flight is from Beijing-Tokyo Tokyo-Beijing. 9 days in total.

Thank you!

You need to provide those documents: your passport, the application form, a passport-sized color photo, transportation arrangement, financial support proof, travel itinerary, and your hotel reservation, as well as your residence permit in PRC. Next, submit the application to the embassy of Japan through an agency. You can choose either of the two agencies: Chinese International Travel Agency, or Immigration Service Center of Foreign Affairs Office in Beijing Municipal People's Government.
Usually, 5 working days are needed to process your application after you submit it.
It will cost 3,000 yen for a single-entry visa.
