You need to submit seperate applications to the embassy. The required documents for each application are almost the same, including a copy of your passport, a copy of round-trip flight tickets, hotel bookings, a document for financial status, a travel itinerary, and an application form affixed with your recent bare-headed photo. For HK entry permit, you may need to wait four to six weeks. For Macau entry permit, three weeks are needed.
