About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144-hour Shanghai exemption

If I'm traveling from Tokyo to Shanghai for a 4-night stay, then on to Hong Kong, would I require a visa due to the Hong Kong segment?

Heather, you don't require it because you are eligible for the 144hrs free transit policy in Shanghai.
