About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

How strict is the 144 hour visa?

For example: land at 14:20 on day 1, leave at 14:45 on day 6.
Is 144 hours and 25 minutes a problem?

It's fine because the time duration is calculated from the midnight following your arrival.
