hi i have 3 hour layover in guangzhou baiyun airport coming from new zealand.

And going to London economy. So would love to have a shower and change of clothes before getting on plane again.  What would you recommend?

Well, the VIP Hourly Lounge only accepts first-class cabins and business class cabins passengers. If you wanna take a shower, I'm afraid that you need to stay at the hotel nearby the airport and check-in an hourly rate hotel room.
