About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Multiple cities

Hi!
We will be traveling from the US to Hong Kong for 3 days, to Chiang Mai for 3 days, then to Shanghai for three days and from Shanghai fly back to the US with a layover in Hong Kong. Would we qualify for free transit? Thank you- Julie
