About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Do I need a Visa from Australia to China is staying for 2-3 days?

I will be travelling for work to the Philippines, Hong Kong and Shanghai China. China may be my second stop, as I will have an onwards ticket to Hong Kong or Philippines. Not exactly sure of my intended travel itinerary is at this stage, but am looking around to see whether an entry permit is required for a short stay in Shanghai?

Well, Helena, so you will go from HK or Philippines to Shanghai? And will you go to a country differen from the country you arrive from after the stay in Shanghai? If yes, as long as you are an Australian, you can make use of the 144-hour free transit policy in Shanghai and the entry permit is not required.
