About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Is the Left Luggage Counter open after 11 PM at Terminal 3, Beijing Capital Airport?

My flight from Huangshan will arrive in BJ at about mid night.

Yes, it will open around the clock. By the way, you can find two Left Luggage Counters within T3: west and east of Public Area, Arrival Hall, 2F, T3-C. ;)
