About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

entering by ship at Xiamen for one day then continuing cruising to Shanghai for three more days

do we need consulate visa we are u.s. passport holders?

Jasmine, you need to apply for an entry permit ahead of time at the consulate general of PRC.
