Travel document 1951 for refugees

Hello dear,
I want to visit Hong Kong and I live in Belgium I have resident card and blue passport of Belgium do i need visa to visit Hong Kong for 1 week?

If you have Belgium travel document, you can enjoy free entry to HK and stay there for no more than 90 days. In this case, no entry permit is needed.
