Visa in stopver

Hello, I have a flight to Hangzhu (from Paris), and only 1 enterance visa. During that flight my plane stops for refuelling in Xian. Is this counted as first enterance to China or not?

When you have to pass immigration at Xi'an then you enter China.
There's no need to use another visa as the flight from Xi'an to Hangzhou is an domestic one.
