About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Over stay for 1 year

Can you help me what number to call..i want to surrender so i can go home safe and bring my things also...can you give me the number of philippines consulate here in qingdao china...i don't know my address..and i don't konw where to go to ask for assistance so i can go back home

Virna, there is no Philippines consulate in Qingdao. You should call the embassy of Philippines in Beijing. Here is the hot line: +86-10-65321872, or +86-10-65322451 24-hour Assistance-to-Nationals Hotline: +86-13911180495
Usually, you need to report your situation to the local police and then pay the fine CNY 500 per day, and the capped amount won’t be exceeding CNY 10,000. After, apply for an exit pass to leave PRC.

What if i don't have 10,000 rmb? I cannot go home?what will happen if i can'f pay the fine

If so, you may be detained. You can go to the local police station and ask about the relevant information. You can contact with your family or friends to help you pay the fine.

I'm afraid my family cannot help me pay the fine...they cannot afford that big amount (10,000 rmb). I don't know where to get that money or where to go,i just want to go home
