leaving from qingdao to capital airport on 23rd august then to singapore to take colombo

i am using Air China from Qingdao to BJ CA1576 and BJ to Singapore CA 969. My transit time is 1 hr 50 min. Is this transit time enough to get flight CA 969 to Singapore? How can i transfer from the flight CA1576 to CA969 once i arrived to PEK T3?
