Hi can i get VOA at Guangzhou only transit less than 24 hours in Guangzhou airport? My nationality is Indonesian.

You cannot get VOA at Guangzhou airport. But if you fly to country B from country A and have a transit at Guangzhou airport for less than 24 hours, you can make use of the 24 hour direct transit there. No entry permit is required then.
