I'm turkish citizen ;i got jw202 invitation from chinese school ;I'm on asia tour

I'm turkish citizen ;now I'm in asia tour ;but my plan is study in china ;i got jw 202 invitation from school ;which 3rd asian country i can apply my student visa ? so far i know i can't apply from macau or hongkong
