arriving pek sept 9 at 2:10pm from vancouver (yvr), canada, connecting to zhengzhou (cgo)

Hello,During our upcoming trip to China, we'll have a seven hour stopover at Capital International Airport between our flight from Vancouver (YVR), Canada, arriving at 2:10PM, and our connecting flight to Zhengzhou (CGO), departing at 9:10PM. Our international flight arrives at Terminal T3-E, and our Air China flight to Zhengzhou departs also from Terminal 3 (T3-C or T3-D).Friends of us living in Beijing would like to meet us while we wait for our connecting flight, and we also want to find a place where we can just sit and relax. Is it a good idea to tell our friends we can meet them at the Global Kitchen Food Court (landside) before we check in for our flight to Zhengzhou? BY the way, how do we find Global Kitchen after we have arrived on our international flight from Canada?Thanks for your assistance.

Yes! It is a good idea to wait for your friends at the Global Kitchen Food Court. You can consider MacDonald's in Public Area, 2F, T3. It is open around the clock. Upon arrival at 3F, T3-E, take an escalator down to 2F, T3-E. Then, ride APM train to 2F, T3-C, and you can find it by following the English guiding signs. Have a good time! :)
