Will the 144 hrs convenient visa to Guangdong will be pending due to G20 meeting security? Kindly advise, thanks!

I don't think the 144-hour free transit policy will be pending because of the G20 meeting security, but this policy does not cover Guangdong. Guangdong only adopted the 72-hour free transit scheme.
