About:China Work Visa

Pending Charges will be Dismissed in 6 months

I have pending charges which will be dismissed in 6 months for a dui back in October. With Covid delays, my lawyer has tried the best he can to get me in a pre-trial intervention program which I can complete remotely while overseas.

I have been offered a teaching job in Zibo, China which I will start online here in the US then hope to get into China by early October.

My prospective employer has asked me to start applying for the work visa.

What do you suggest? How do I go about it?

First, you need to ask your employer to get you a work permit, and then use it together with your passport, application form, and recent photo to apply for a work visa. Your non-criminal record might be required when applying for the work permit. With this DUI, I'm not sure whether you can still get it.
