About:Seven Stars Park (Seven Star Cave)

Is the Seven Stars Park free?

I am quite confused. I read TripAdvisor in which some wrote that the park is free but access to the cave is charged. Please confirm if entrance to the park is free.

You need to pay CNY 75 to enter the park, and CNY 60 to see the cave. As I know, only the local citizens can save the CNY75 for entrance.
