About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'm flying from Stockholm, Sweden to Beijing to then take another flight from BJ to Bali.

I will arrive at 13:05 and my flight to Bali leaves at 16:20.
Is that enough time to pick up my luggage, re-check-in etc?

Yes, you have enough transfer time at PEK. Thus don't worry. There are enough English signs that can help you complete the transfer procedures as soon as possible. :)
