Indian studying in Stockholm, Sweden

Hello, I am an Indian studying in Sweden. I have a conference to attend at Xi'an, China. Could you please tell me which type of fees I have to pay for my VISA. Indian or Swedish? Since, there are two kinds of fees for both countries.
