Beijing to Hunan - Travel and guidance

Hi,
I would like to travel from Beijing on 12th August mid-day or evening to few attractions in Hunan province - Zhangjiajie, Shiniuzhai, Wulingyuan Scenic & Historic Interest Area and the 'Brave men's bridge' in Shiniuzhai, Yueyang.
Suggest if there are any other attractions around the places mentioned.

Could you help me build my itinerary - number of days to see these places, area/hotel to say, preferred mode of transport for each places.

It needs at least two to three days to explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park including Jinbian Stream, Tianzi Mountain, Yuanjiajie and Yangjiajie Scenic Area. Besides, you can spend another full day visiting Bao Feng Lake and Tian Men Mountain. Shiniuzhai is near Yueyang, about more than 6 hours' drive from Zhangjiajie. There is no direct bus from Zhangjiajie to Shiniuzhai, you will need to take bus to Yueyang first, change bus to Pingjiang county and then transfer to Shiniuzhai. Actually, there are glass bridges at Tian Men Mountain and Grand Canyon in Zhangjiajie. You can experience it if you are interested.
