i am a guatemala citizen,  traveling to shangai invited for the china CDC meeting , how can i apply for an entry permit

Erick, you should apply for an entry permit from the PRC embassy in advance. As there is no PRC embassy in your country, you can go to the embassy in Costa Rica to submit your application.
