Train on-time performance information

Please could you help me or give me an idea of where to look? Recently we were delayed 9 hours and 18 hours on two different rail services in China. Do you know where I can find China Railway on-time performance information on particular ride? I need this for our insurance provider who provides support for late travel service.
Any help would be much appreciated.
