We are a young sudanese couple willing to travel to Hong Kong for our honeymoon what is required?

I understood that the application process takes too long and we want to travel during December (our wedding is on November) as we will be going to Hong Kong through the following route: Going(Thailand/Phuket to Hong Kong) returning (Hong Kond to Thailand/ Bangkok). would you kindly guide us on what is needed to get our Hong Kong visa?

Moreover, in the application form should we select the marital status as single or married (becuase the application will be way too ahead of wedding time)?
