About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 h free transit

I am arriving Shanghai on a Friday at 6 p.m. I am leaving the country back to the United States on Sunday at 12 noon. Do I need to get a Visa?

Liz, if the country where you arrive from is not the United States, you can enjoy the 144-hour free transit policy in Shanghai, so that the entry permit is not necessary.
