About:Visa Policy of China

I study in Germany (resident permit) and will visit S. Korea ( with 2 week visa).

On my way back to Germany I want to visit China. Is it possible to get Chinese Tourist L type FROM S.Korea? P.S (currently I have no time to get Chinese L type from Germany)?
Booked flight:
Going: Germany -> China (2hr transit) -> S.Korea (15 days entry permit )
Coming: S.Korea -> China (1 week- to get L type FROM S.Korea?) -> Germany.
Thanks.

Wang, if you don’t have Korea ARC card, I’m afraid it’s difficult for you to apply from there.
