About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

I will be arriving from Kuala Lumpur and transit to Ningbo at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.

I have about 1hr 40 min for the transit.
Is there an immigration inside the airport that can do the transfer fast?
Do I have sufficient time for immigration clearance for the transit?

Well, to be honest, your time is not enough for this international to domestic transfer. You'd better to change the schedule of your next flight as soon as possible. As I know, there are special passageways for transfer passengers.
By the way, the correct transfer procedures are the following: Flight Arrival & Inspection & Quarantine - Frontier Inspection - Baggage Claim - Customs Inspection - Transfer Procedures - Security Check - Waiting & Boarding.
